How Do We Use and Share the Information?

8excite+ is not directed to parties below the age of 13 years. As such, we do not knowingly collect any information related to parties below the age of 13. as far as your contacts list is concerned, to allow your contacts subscribed to the 8excite+ community to be displayed in your friend list under your 8excite+ profile and enable you to invite your contacts to be part of the 8excite+ community.

We may also share your Personal Information with our partners who support us (such as merchants who upload information about their goods and services) about the 8excite+ application. This sharing will only take place, however, should you opt to share your activities with such merchants on 8excite+.

Retention of Personal Information
