Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Deliveries are made from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Malaysia Time) from Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
i) Delivery Method
You may opt to ship your items purchased from the platform individually (“Shipment”) or cumulatively (“Bundle Shipment”).
ii) Bundle Shipment
If you opt for shipping via Bundle Shipment, we will only store the items selected for Bundle Shipment for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the item (“Maximum Bundle Shipment Period”).
In the event you do not select/trigger the shipment for Bundle Shipment within the Maximum Bundle Shipment Period, we reserve our rights to dispose the items purchased under Bundle Shipment.
We may send an email to you informing you that the items are to be disposed.
Currently, we do not ship to any other country aside from Malaysia.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery with approval and supporting document if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Refund of damaged items

For the avoidance of doubt, 8excite+ shall in its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether the goods fall within the definition of Defective Goods.|
